Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support our Navy customer in the Washington, DC area.

You will assist the prime contract program manager on Navy Program Office contracts and help manage financials, staffing, risk, and reporting. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of project management principles, risk management, and change control.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management principles; risk management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Assist the prime contract program manager on Navy Program Office contract.
• Handle financial, personnel, stakeholder, risk and reporting duties.
• Assist program budget and staffing; manage program changes.
• Support supervisors, controllers, and key stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and customer expectations.
• Prepare weekly status reports and KPI metrics.
