Job summary

GreenXT is seeking a Program Manager to support the Navy program AN/USQ-82(V) and related modules for shipboard networks. The role will oversee cost, schedule, risk, and technical performance and act as the main liaison with the Government customer.

Requirements include active DoD Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/business, 10 years of PM experience (7+ in DoD/DoN), FMS/ITAR familiarity, and excellent written/oral communication.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering, Science, or Business Management areas.
• 10 years of technical program management experience, with 7+ years in the DoD/DoN space.
• Familiar with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procedures and processes.
• DoD/DoN Procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); contracting experience.
• Familiar with ITAR.
• Proficient technical writing ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willingness to travel.
• Hybrid work location but in Washington DC area for in-person meetings at the Washington Navy Yard.
• Preferred: PMP or DAWIA PM Level III; AN/USQ-82(V) shipboard network experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Program Manager for the AN/USQ-82(V) Program across all contract areas.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, risk, and technical performance for all efforts.
• Manage resource planning and staffing actions for the contract.
• Serve as primary liaison with Government customer.
• Brief program status with financial and technical updates.
