StratasCorp Technologies is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to provide program management leadership and delivery oversight for multiple, large-scale federal Navy contracts. Located in Chesapeake, VA, the role requires strong governance, planning, and performance management across a diverse technology portfolio.

You will lead program reviews, establish standards, coach the PMO team, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while interfacing with Navy stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in program/project management with PMO experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required for federal work.
• Experience leading PMO functions across complex portfolios.
• Background supporting large-scale technology, IT services, or network programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in federal contracting or government customer environments.

• Lead PMO governance, planning, and performance reporting.
• Coach and develop PMO staff and project managers.
• Manage executive reviews, status briefings, and milestone governance.
• Translate contracts into actionable program plans and outcomes.
