The ideal candidate will lead meetings, coordinate staffing with government stakeholders, oversee PMO tasks, and ensure compliance, milestones, and data-call readiness while managing risks and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project/program management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7-10 years of Deputy Program Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as deputy to the Program Manager, assisting with top-level oversight of contractual execution by leading meetings and interfacing with government leadership.
• Serve as secondary point of contact with government customers and stakeholders.
• Complete administrative tasking such as timesheet approvals and oversight of training/compliance.
• Support modernization of internal policies and Knowledge Management practices.
• Directly supervise functional Team Leads.
• Coordinate task planning and ensure alignment between SOW/PWS, staffing, and subcontractor activities.
• Help maintain a PMO, track milestones and deadlines.
• Manage and track daily program activities, prioritizing timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and elevate potential schedule or performance risks to the Program Manager.
• Track multiple departmental activities and outcomes.
• Support data calls, quality reviews, and customer audits.
