Job summary

Client Solution Architects is seeking an Operations Specialist to support our Navy client onsite in Washington, DC. The role involves coordinating information flow, briefing leadership, and managing operation center functions within a secure environment.

The ideal candidate has an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and substantial EM/operations experience, including military service. This is a full-time onsite position requiring coordination across multiple command levels and secure

Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Five years of operations center/command center experience.
  • Recent EM operations experience with federal or state organizations.
  • At least eight years of military service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist N37 staff with information flow to staff, regions and installations.
  • Screen, categorize, and format incoming message traffic for distribution.
  • Prepare and disseminate briefs per Commander’s requirements.
  • Support crisis action team information management using available systems.
  • Provide oral/written responses to queries from commands and external stakeholders.
  • Promote knowledge sharing across commands and stakeholder orgs.
