Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Project and Program Specialist to support Navy Mission Systems from concept to completion. You will work with Assistant Program Managers to prepare acquisition documents and monitor cost, schedule, and performance while shaping program strategy with concise briefing materials.

You will analyze, report, and communicate with SMEs, schedulers, and project analysts to keep the program on track and within budget while delivering high-quality content for leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoD clients.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoD Program Management Offices.
• Knowledge of DoD Adaptive Acquisition framework or DoD Instruction DoD 5000.02.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts related to electronic warfare, information warfare, and signals intelligence.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare acquisition documents with Assistant Program Managers.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics for programs.
• Develop and deliver briefing materials to support program reviews.
• Contribute to program strategy and reporting with clear, high-quality content.
