Lockheed Martin is seeking a Trainer for the Technical Publication and Training team within the LM MFC Logistics and Sustainment Engineer Branch to develop and deliver New Equipment Training for Navy personnel. Focused on Cryptologic Technicians Technical (CTTs), you will plan and produce training materials for Navy ships.

You will conduct analyses, build curricula, create equipment descriptions, and coordinate with LM units to ensure timely, high-quality instruction that supports LEED program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of professional experience, or 4 years with related Master's degree.
• Ability to acquire and verify highly technical subject matter by interviewing engineers and reviewing specs.
• Ability to plan, write, and edit curriculum development tasks to on-time delivery.
• Willingness to on-site travel and to obtain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Tasks Analysis.
• Perform Difficulty, Importance, and Frequency (DIF) Analysis.
• Develop Schoolhouse, Operator, and Maintenance Training Curricula.
• Create Equipment Descriptions, Functions, and Specifications.
• Develop Equipment Troubleshooting Procedures.
• Coordinate with other Lockheed Martin Business Units.
