Job summary

Antech Systems, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Analyst and Instructor to support Navy PMS requirements and Class Maintenance Plans through Fleet Maintenance Effectiveness Reviews (FLEETMER). The role involves data analysis, instruction delivery, and collaboration with Navy engineers, Sailors, and stakeholders.

The candidate will analyze maintenance data, coordinate events, and contribute to maintenance program improvements, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or five years of Navy maintenance experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to obtain a DoW Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Collect and review historical maintenance data for Navy systems.
Organize, analyze, and apply logistics, maintenance, acquisition, and financial data to support Navy stakeholders.
Support regularly scheduled Fleet Maintenance Effectiveness Review (FLEETMER) events.
Provide in-person instruction and facilitate RCM Backfit certification during FLEETMER events.
Coordinate pre-event logistics, including scheduling and participant coordination.
