Logistics Analyst and Instructor – Maintenance Effectiveness Reviews (FLEETMER)
Antech Systems, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Analyst and Instructor to support the development, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of Navy Planned Maintenance System (PMS) requirements and Class Maintenance Plans.
This position supports Fleet Maintenance Effectiveness Reviews (FLEETMER), providing an opportunity to work directly with Navy maintenance stakeholders, engineers, subject matter experts, and Sailors who perform shipboard maintenance. The successful candidate will apply maintenance, logistics, acquisition, and financial data to evaluate maintenance requirements and support improvements to Navy maintenance programs.
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. Experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Navy shipboard maintenance is highly desirable.
