Leidos in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer to bolster life cycle sustainment of Navy combat systems. You will conduct LORA and FMECA analyses, review reliability data, and collaborate across engineering and logistics teams to craft maintenance concepts and provisioning strategies.

You will evaluate systems for availability, reliability, and supportability while preparing technical analyses and program recommendations for customer deliverables.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in engineering analysis, maintenance planning, reliability or lifecycle sustainment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and equipment specifications.
• US citizenship and eligibility for DoD security clearance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct LORA to determine cost-effective maintenance and repair strategies.
• Perform FMECA to evaluate failures, impacts, and maintenance requirements.
• Analyze MTBF/MTTR data to support lifecycle planning and sustainment.
• Recommend maintenance levels (organizational, intermediate, depot) based on analysis.
• Apply engineering principles across disciplines to assess system supportability.
• Develop maintenance planning, provisioning, and repair recommendations.
• Review drawings and documentation to support logistics product development.
• Collaborate with ILS teams to document maintenance requirements.
• Prepare technical analyses, reports, and recommendations for program needs.
