Job summary

Delphinus Engineering LLC seeks an Engineer to support Navy tasking, develop and test shipboard and shore based HM&E systems, including hardware, software and networks. You will work with Navy and other teams to deliver fleet solutions, troubleshoot, and prepare technical docs and training materials.

Responsibilities include leading upgrades, defining requirements, executing tests, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
1 or more years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support existing Navy systems, advise on upgrades, life cycle support and maintenance.
Advise on system architecture, software frameworks, development strategies and testing plans.
Lead development projects to upgrade HM&E systems for shipboard and shore labs.
Generate and review requirements and design specifications with Navy personnel.
Create and execute test plans; support validation and verification testing.
Troubleshoot and test electrical and Navy HM&E equipment.
Review software, modify code to meet specifications and update docs.
Prepare operating and malfunction reports and training materials.
Work with cross functional teams to provide fleet solutions.
