The role requires delivering high-quality proposals within tight timelines, aligning with mission needs and acquisition frameworks, and guiding teams through strict regulatory standards in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Professional Writing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire proposal process from initiation through submission, ensuring compliance and alignment with client objectives.
• Coordinate with SMEs across engineering, finance, and operations to gather input and develop persuasive content.
• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely submissions.
• Develop strategies highlighting competitive advantages and refine proposal structure.
• Ensure documentation meets RFX standards and maintains thorough records.
