Job summary

Navaide seeks an experienced Navy ERP Program Manager to lead augmentation for DMAG and SMAG, on-site, with extensive Navy ERP (SAP) and NWCF knowledge. You will supervise cross-functional teams, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure quality and timeliness of delivers.

You will guide data product development within the Advana/War Data Platform, support reporting requirements, and maintain strong client relationships while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in DoD financial or supply management, ERP, or augmentation with 3+ years in a lead role.
• ERP SAP ECC or S/4HANA functional support experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Program Manager for Navy ERP augmentation, managing cost, schedule, performance and staffing.
• Bridge data analytics, Navy ERP SMEs, and government stakeholders; align data products with NWCF rules.
• Lead a distributed team with travel up to 25% and oversee data product development in Advana/War Data Platform.
• Ensure DoD DoD FMR compliance and deliverables meet client and contract standards.]
• Translate technical nuances into actionable solutions for DMAG/SMAG operations.
