Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate Navy ERP Tier 1.5 help desk on a rotational/shared basis.
• Log and track issues in Tier 1.5 Issue Log; maintain weekly logs.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting and guidance to procurement, vendor pay, and travel users.
