Job summary

BizFirst LLC seeks a Mid-level SAP Analyst to manage Labor, Projects and Funds within Navy ERP for BUMED. The role covers FI, FM, PS, CO and WFM modules, delivering end-user support and training, and driving reorganizations.

The candidate will resolve complex labor allocation issues, monitor payroll interfaces, and contribute to cost accounting for R&D labs. 3+ years Navy ERP and BA/BS required; hybrid onsite 20% Falls Church, VA; 80% remote.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and CAC eligibility with favorable background investigation.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience, including two (2) years with Navy ERP.
• Bachelor's degree; 2 more years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Access, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Able to use Power BI, Power Automate and AI tools for automation.

Responsibilities

• Own labor, projects, and funds workflows across FI, FM, PS, CO, and WFM modules.
• Resolve DCPS/TFMMS payroll interface issues and support seat-rate cost accounting.
• Provide end-to-end user support and training for Navy ERP.
• Support command reorganization projects and workforce management.
• Develop and execute UAT test cases for FI/FM/PS/CO/WFM releases.
