Job summary
Caterpillar Defense in Irving, TX is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead the execution of complex Navy programs. You will be the primary interface with Navy customers and internal teams, ensuring objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contracts.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting U.S. Navy acquisition programs and related defense programs.
- Ability to plan, organize, monitor and control a set of projects within a program.
- Strong customer engagement and cross-functional leadership.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and program performance management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (desired).
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate processes for all project teams within the program.
- Serve as liaison and translate corporate objectives into program objectives and practices.
- Plan and monitor program development to meet quality standards and goals.
- Manage all aspects of an organizational program to meet deadlines and budgets.
