Job summary

Lukos is seeking a Training/Data Entry Specialist in Coronado, CA to support Navy curriculum systems. The role involves data entry of course materials, testing programs, and related documentation in NAVEDTRA-compliant formats.

Experience with curriculum development software (AIM/CPM) and Microsoft Office is required, with preference for prior Navy instructional background and related certifications. Clearance at Secret level is expected.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Experience using curriculum development software or program software, e.g. Microsoft Office, AIM, CPM.
• Desire: prior Navy Instructor or Navy Learning and Development exposure.
• Desire: Navy Training Specialist (GS-1712) or ISS/LSO/Navy Instructor NEC 805A/9502.

Responsibilities

• Oversees data entry of curriculum for COMNAVSPECWARCEN courses using NAVEDTRA standards.
• Manages testing program data entry for NAVEDTRA series.
• Inputs curriculum for new or revised training programs.
• Advises instructional staff on software readiness for curriculum design and delivery.
• Prepares documentation for annual course reviews and ACE evaluations.
• Acts as project manager for curriculum data entry and revisions.
