Job summary

Lukos, a provider of professional services to the Department of Defense, seeks a Training Specialist to manage data entry and curriculum systems at COMNAVSPECWARCEN in Coronado, CA. The role supports NAVEDTRA 130/132 standards and coordinates with instructional staff on readiness for curriculum design and delivery.

Ideal candidates will have Navy-related training experience, strong data-entry skills, and familiarity with curriculum software tools.

Qualifications

Data entry experience with curriculum and training materials.
Experience with curriculum development software or program software such as AIM or CPM.
Navy-related training experience is preferred (e.g., Navy Instructor).

Responsibilities

Oversees software program and learning management system data entry of curriculum for COMNAVSPECWARCEN courses including Training Project Plans, TCCD, Lesson Plans/Trainee Guides, Instructional Media, Testing Plans, Pilot Reports, and Approval/Promulgation letters per NAVEDTRA 130 Series.
Responsible data entry of testing program for COMNAVSPECWARCEN courses and curriculum per NAVEDTRA 132 Series.
Inputs curriculum for new training programs or major revisions of existing curriculum.
Advises instructional staff on software program/administrative readiness for curriculum design, development, and delivery.
Reviews and prepares documentation for annual formal course reviews, training requirement reviews, and ACE evaluations.
Acts as project manager for curriculum data entry of new development and curriculum revisions.
Ensures curriculum data entry procedural compliance.
