Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Finance Analyst to support NAVSEA in Washington DC. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 2-3 days per week at the SAIC office.

You will develop, implement, and maintain accounting processes, analyze budgets, prepare fund requests, and report on financial performance across programs, with emphasis on DoD systems and cost control. Strong communication and security clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of experience.
• 5+ years of Navy Budgeting Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Management support throughout the PPBE process for funding and planning.
• Prepare and provide weekly and monthly financial reports for programs and respond to funding inquiries.
• Coordinate with COR/PM/PC to facilitate funding movements and prepare contract modification files.
