Job summary

Shield AI seeks a mission-focused Navy Territory Manager to drive growth across the United States Navy enterprise, delivering autonomous systems that solve operational challenges for warfighters.

This quota-carrying role owns the Navy pipeline and bookings across Shield AI’s autonomy software and unmanned systems portfolio, partnering with Navy stakeholders and internal teams to convert needs into funded procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with defense sales or related operations experience.
• Experience building Navy/government opportunity pipelines and closing complex deals.
• Strong communication with technical, operational, and acquisition stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance; active Secret/Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Navy go-to-market strategy to drive pipeline, opportunities, and bookings.
• Manage Navy bookings target, pipeline health, forecast accuracy and closes.
• Shape opportunities across Navy offices, commands, fleets, and modernization efforts.
• Maintain qualified Navy pipeline from early engagement to contract award.
• Lead full sales cycle to close deals delivering operational capability.
