CACI International Inc in the Albuquerque area is seeking an IT Support Specialist for the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) at Kirtland AFB, NM. You will provide expert IT operations support to ensure NAVWAR data integrity and PNT systems reliability for the DoD and coalition partners.

The role requires 5+ years of IT experience, a BA/BS in a technical field, an Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, and IAT II certifications.

Competenze

• Must have Interim Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• BA/BS in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• One of the following IAT Level II Certifications: CySA+/Security+/EC-Council CND.

Mansioni

• Monitor and operate computers to process data per instructions.
• Coordinate deskside support for software installations and hardware repairs.
• Investigate and resolve connectivity issues across end-user devices and site infrastructure.
• Coordinate on-site hardware maintenance and inventory updates.
• Provide end-user device and network support including VoIP and peripherals.
