Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) at Kirtland AFB, NM. This full-time role provides critical IT operations support to ensure PNT-related information systems remain reliable for DoD, interagency, and coalition partners.

The position involves on-site technical support for end-user devices, network infrastructure, VoIP, and AV systems, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Current Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI while working.
• Experience with information assurance and large government environments preferred.
• Hands-on IT operations support and incident response experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate electronic systems to process data per operating instructions.
• Load input/output units and ensure correct peripheral equipment usage.
• Set up and run diagnostic tests and report errors.
• Coordinate deskside support for software installations and hardware fixes.
• Investigate and resolve connectivity issues end-user and site infrastructure.
• Oversee IT hardware/software assets and inventory.
