A leading nonprofit research organization in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Navigation Analyst to provide system lifecycle support in the GN&C Analysis software and algorithms group. Candidates should have experience with inertial sensors and navigation, as well as proficiency in MATLAB and Python. This full-time position offers a base salary range of $75,000 to $150,000. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Software Engineering or related experience required.
• Experience in real-time algorithm development and validation.
• Ability to derive requirements from system specifications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate requirements and propose solutions.
• Design algorithms and develop embedded software.
• Analyze designs for performance demonstration.
• Communicate with customers to establish requirements.
