A leading manufacturer of navigation solutions is seeking a Senior Navigation Engineer to join its R&D team in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on enhancing estimation algorithms for inertial navigation systems and developing GNSS-denied navigation solutions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering, at least 10 years of experience, and proficiency in Matlab and other programming languages. Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in navigation and state estimation.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Experience with inertial navigation systems, GPS/GNSS technology, and real-world data.

Responsibilities

• Push forward state-of-the-art estimation algorithms for inertial navigation systems.
• Research and develop novel GNSS-denied navigation filtering.
• Use Matlab for simulation and data analysis based on customer datasets.
• Collaborate with customer support to incorporate feedback into software improvements.
