Job summary

SCCI is seeking a Navy Training System Scenario Developer to support the Surface Combat Systems Training Center (SCSTC) in Dahlgren, VA. You will develop training scenarios for shipboard systems and help ensure readiness across multiple platforms.

The role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, plus four years of combat system shipboard experience on AEGIS/SSDS, with CIC watch standing deployments. A fast-paced environment rewards attention to detail, organization, and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance.
• Four (4) years of combat system shipboard experience on AEGIS or SSDS platforms, incl. two CIC watch stander deployments.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, and results-driven.
• Excellent organization, task tracking, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-threat, multi-war force scenarios in ATD, ACTS, and BFTT for shipboard systems.
