Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing solutions to improve user functionality
• Ability to analyze proposed changes and their impact on readiness and training

Responsibilities

• Performs high-level engineering support for the International Programs Office (N7I) to support training readiness for international partners
• Assess baseline changes and apply surface ship combat systems knowledge to determine training requirements and impacts to FMS baselines
• Recommend changes in technical application and training requirements for FMS maintenance and operations courses
• Develops methods to determine solutions for complex military system design requirements, development, and fielding
• Evaluate system capacities and provide training recommendations based on country configurations
• Review findings with government staff and present system improvements and training recommendations
