You will collaborate with government stakeholders, shipyards, naval architects, and engineering teams on HM&E, C4I, and mission equipment across design, integration, and delivery phases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting DoD, Navy, or federal government programs.
• Experience with auxiliary systems integration.
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles, requirements management, and technical documentation development.
• Experience supporting acquisition, sustainment, modernization, or integration efforts for military systems.

Responsibilities

• Support various engineering and technical activities throughout the design and construction processes of surface vessels and shipboard equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize HM&E systems, C4I systems, and mission equipment.
• Analyze operational requirements and develop technical solutions supporting mission needs.
• Support detailed design, integration, shipyard construction, and delivery of maritime systems.
• Conduct requirements analysis, interface management, and configuration management activities.
• Develop and review engineering documentation, technical reports, and system specifications.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, program offices, shipyards, and technical teams.
• Support Naval Architecture and HM&E systems initiatives as applicable.
• Participate in design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and system assessments.
