Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Navy, serving as the main liaison among submarine forces, C4ISR, and GCCS-M software development teams.

You will provide technical and operational expertise to ensure C2 requirements and fleet needs are integrated from concept to deployment, with opportunities for travel and security clearances. Bring 5+ years of Navy submarine experience and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years aboard a U.S. Navy submarine as enlisted or officer.
• Experience with submarine combat systems, Tomahawk, targeting, and kill-chain execution.
• Knowledge of TMA, torpedo employment, data links, and submarine ops.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between naval warfare, C4ISR and submarine forces.
• Provide operational and technical input for GCCS-M lifecycle.
• Bridge gaps between fleet operators, acquisition, and software developers.
• Collaborate across operational, technical, engineering, and acquisition communities.
