Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Undersea Systems Security Engineer in Manassas, VA to support cybersecurity and systems security analysis for U.S. Navy afloat and undersea platforms.

You will design, assess, and implement cybersecurity solutions across the system lifecycle, including integration, testing, operations, and sustainment, with a focus on resilient architectures. The role requires 5+ years in systems security engineering, 3+ years in Navy acquisition, a Secret clearance and DoD IAT

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems security engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of Navy acquisition or in-service program experience.
• Secret clearance and DoD IAT Level II certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a technical field.
• Knowledge of DoD information security and RMF processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop system security solutions across the lifecycle.
• Evaluate vulnerabilities, perform security assessments, and support risk mitigation.
• Apply cybersecurity engineering principles and network security knowledge.
• Support system security testing, review design artifacts, and identify gaps.
• Provide cybersecurity recommendations based on threats and risks.
