As a systems engineer on our team, you'll serve as the primary liaison between naval warfare, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence ( C4I ) , and submarine forces. You'll provide operational and technical expertise to ensure submarine Command and Control ( C2 ) requirements, fleet operational needs, and platform constraints are incorporated throughout the Global Command and Control System - Maritime ( GCCS-M ) sof tware development lifecycle.
This position bridges the gap between fleet operators, acquisition stakeholders, and sof tware developers to ensure GCCS-M capabilities effectively support submarine mission requirements.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
