Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an engineer to support NAVSEA's Naval Special Warfare Program Office in Panama City, FL. The role focuses on system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation development to enable warfighting capabilities.

The candidate will collaborate with government engineers and fleet stakeholders, conduct data analysis, and ensure compliance with Navy standards and program requirements through lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience supporting system testing, integration, or technical analysis in a DoD or Navy environment.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support for Naval Special Warfare systems and programs.
• Assist with system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and configuration updates.
• Documentation development, data analysis, and coordination with government engineers and fleet stakeholders.
• Support engineering reviews, track technical issues.
• Ensure alignment with Navy standards and program requirements.
