Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Program Analyst to support NAVSEA's Naval Special Warfare Program Office in Virginia.

The role focuses on analytical and administrative duties, developing and maintaining program documentation, and supporting planning, resourcing, and readiness efforts. You will coordinate with stakeholders, track taskers and program actions, and prepare briefs and reports to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant analytical or program support experience.
• Experience in data analysis, program management support, and development of executivelevel documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Active SECRET clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to PMS 340 staff and maintain program documentation.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform decisions and readiness.
• Coordinate across stakeholders, track taskers, and prepare briefs and reports.
