Obsidian Solutions Group LLC is seeking a Naval SWO SME to support The Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG). The mission includes providing standardized advanced training and certification in GCE operations, combined arms planning, and readiness for MCTOG events.

The Naval SWO SME will support EXCON, collect information, analyze data, and present findings to Marine Corps officers and staffs in a collegial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience required.

Responsabilités

• Support MCTOG exercise design from a Naval Surface Warfare perspective.
• Support MCTOG Battle Staff and student planning regarding Naval Integration and Surface Warfare concepts.
• Support MCTOG and student planning in the five phases of amphibious assault forcible entry operations.
• Present perspectives on current and future naval issues of interest to GCE components within the Marine Corps.
• Provide Naval expertise across Amphibious operations, Surface Warfare, MAGTF/Naval Fires, and assist with integrating Naval concepts across MAGTF Intelligence, C5ISR-T, GCE Operations, and Information Operations.
• Provide Navy and Marine Corps analysis of the Future Operating Environment with current and future adversary capabilities.
• Attend conferences and provide trip reports detailing significant actions and developments.
