Obsidian Solutions Group LLC is seeking a Naval SWO SME to support the Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG). The role focuses on training, data analysis, and presenting to Marine Corps officers at multiple levels to enhance joint naval operations and readiness.

The successful candidate will contribute to exercise design, battle staff planning, and five-phase amphibious operations, while maintaining a high level of discretion and adaptability in a fast-paced defense environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience required.
• Master’s degree in information systems, operations research, management, military science, or relevant areas is desired.
• Qualification as a Tactical Action Officer of a Surface Navy Combatant, with a solid understanding of Composite Warfare required.
• Completion of Command & Staff College or equivalent required.
• Strong ability to educate personnel with varying knowledge of US Navy concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Support MCTOG exercise design from a Naval operations perspective.
• Assist Battle Staff and student planning with Naval integration and Surface Warfare concepts.
• Support five phases of amphibious assault forcible entry operations planning.
• Present perspectives on current and future naval issues relevant to the GCE component.
• Provide Navy expertise on topics such as CWC, CRUDES, Sea Basing, MOC, and related topics.
• Articulate Navy positions on USMC and Joint concepts.
• Provide Navy and Marine Corps analysis of the Future Operating Environment and adversary capabilities.
• Attend conferences and prepare trip reports for Marine Corps audiences.
• Develop classroom instruction for MCTOG Academic Program and Battle Staff Training Program.
