Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree with 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalency options include: Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience, Military Paygrade E-5 or above, or 4–8 years of combined manufacturing/shipbuilding experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and coordinates plans and schedules for new or existing programs.
• Determines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets and manpower requirements.
• Supports negotiations with customers and analyzes effects on engineering, facilities and labor pools.
• Resolves proposal issues and recommends corrective actions such as schedule revisions and resource allocations.
