The role involves installing, maintaining, repairing, and testing electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems under extreme temperatures, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, circuitry modification, and providing on-site guidance to customer personnel.

Qualifications

• Associates of Arts/Associates of Science required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, repairs, overhauls, troubleshoots, modifies, constructs and tests electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical equipment.
• Applies electronics principles to put equipment in operational condition and solve problems.
• Troubleshoots and corrects malfunctions using specialized test equipment.
• Modifies circuitry to improve performance.
• Provides operation/maintenance instruction to customer personnel.
• Prepares operating and malfunction reports and related documentation.
• Works with engineering staff to solve equipment design problems.
• Performs quality assurance testing of assemblies and equipment.
• Provides work leadership to less-experienced technicians.
• Maintains knowledge of relevant technologies.
