Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
• Target five (5) years of experience in design, installation, testing and/or repair of ships and ship systems aboard US Navy, MSC and/or USCG ships.
• Ability to read and interpret ship installation drawings, installation specifications and NAVSEA standard items.
• Must be able to obtain SECRET clearance and access US Navy bases.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control activities at job sites, office, and onboard vessels.
• Ensure projects progress as scheduled and meet contract specifications.
• Interface with Senior Management, Program Managers and Project Leads on fleet modernization projects.
• Work with clients and customers regarding tasking and requirements.
• Perform duties as reasonably assigned by management.
