The role focuses on managing SAPNP processes, PARs, and security certifications within DoD/IC guidelines, while overseeing access controls, training prerequisites, and compliance. Candidates must hold TS/SCI clearance and SFPC or be willing to obtain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years’ DoD security experience.
• Active SFPC certification or willingness to obtain within one year.
• Experience with Navy, DoD, and IC security standards.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage security actions to process training PARs using DoD SAPNP criteria.
• Process PARs, PIAs, and facility data in JADs/JADE.
• Assess candidate clearances and prerequisites; advise government customers on acceptance.
• Track course approvals and provide PAR metrics to the PSO.
• Evaluate visit clearances for non-student personnel and obtain approvals.
• Prepare and submit government visit certifications/requests.
• Ensure DoD/IC physical security standards in government spaces; report findings.
• Stay updated on DoD/IC security policies and assist in curriculum updates.
• Advise customers on security policies; ensure compliance.
• Manage classified material and content on SharePoint/Access DB.
• Attend meetings, prepare agendas, track actions, distribute minutes.
• Perform entry/exit processing and escorting; lift up to 20 lbs.
