Job summary

RTX, a world-leading aerospace and defense company, is hiring a Systems Engineer to support Naval Radar programs at our Woburn/Tewksbury, MA site. You will work across hardware, software, networking, and testing to troubleshoot and improve system performance.

The role involves up to 50% travel to mission sites, test facilities, and customer locations. A STEM degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems hardware, integration, and/or testing is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support Naval Radar programs across hardware, software, networking and testing.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration and verification docs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and system issues through data analysis and debugging.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate function.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and issue resolution.
• Create integration documentation and communicate results to leadership.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Role is onsite at RTX facility in Woburn/Tewksbury, MA.
