Job summary

ORBIS Inc. is seeking a senior program support specialist to aid NAVSEA Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) within PMS435 Program Office and related offices. The role requires extensive defense program management and Navy acquisition experience.

You will coordinate with PMS 401, 425, 435, SUB-S, 07TR and related offices, manage interfaces with end-item customers, and ensure PPBE alignment. A Bachelor's degree, U.S. citizenship, and a secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs.
• Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer.
• 5+ years of experience working with the Navy PPBE Process.
• Degree requirements: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a business or technical field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• A secret security clearance

• Support NAVSEA TEAM SUB PEO UWS program offices and supporting organizations, coordinate with end-item customers, and interface with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

• TEAM SUB is a combination of Program Executive Office (PEO) Strategic Submarine (PEO SSBN), PEO Attack Submarines (PEO SSN), and PEO Undersea Warfare Systems (PEO UWS) and the Direct Reporting Program Office, AUKUS Integration & Acquisition Office (AUKUS). The TEAM SUB concept divides the single submarine-centric organization into specific PEOs with the goal of enhancing the structures and processes in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities.
• This position is located in the PMS435 Program Office. Required Experience and Skills: 10 or more years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field.
