Job summary

ASR International Corporation in Puget Sound, WA is seeking Program/Data Analysts to support NAVFAC Northwest with project tracking, financial metrics, KPI reporting, and data analytics for engineering and construction programs.

The role also involves developing dashboards in Power BI and Excel, producing data-driven reports for government stakeholders, and coordinating data requirements with project teams.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; Green Card holders not eligible.
• Pass a T1 security background check.
• Minimum of five (5) years of financial management experience in construction/engineering/project controls.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics related to KPIs and financial metrics for construction and engineering projects.
• Track budget execution and develop metric presentations and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
• Support project status reporting, schedule tracking, and performance analysis.
• Prepare reports, briefing materials, and data-driven recommendations for government stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams and leadership on data requirements and reporting.
