Job summary

Cortina Solutions is seeking a high-impact Program Manager to lead a complex contract supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). The role demands leadership with excellence, integrity, and the ability to oversee multi-domain efforts shaping naval warfare technology.

The successful candidate will bring program management expertise, technical depth in M&S, software engineering, agile development, DevSecOps, and operational experience in mine warfare or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with Navy or defense programs is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modelling & simulation, and software engineering & agile development.
• Experience with cybersecurity policies and frameworks (DoD RMF)

Responsibilities

• Leadership and coordination. Inspire and align cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to achieve mission objectives while managing stakeholder relations.
• Program management. Oversee planning, execution, and risk management to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
• Technical and operational input. Integrate technical expertise and operational insight to shape M&S, engineering, and tactics solutions to meet mission needs.
• Compliance and reporting. Ensure strict compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements by maintaining transparent and accurate reporting.
