Job summary

Morgan Business Consulting is seeking a Mid-Level Management Analyst in the Washington, DC area to support the Navy program management office. You will collect and analyze information, prepare brief materials, and coordinate meetings and travel.

The role requires at least 5 years of Navy program office experience, proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint, and the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance. Strong communication skills and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience providing program management support to U.S. Navy program offices.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Eligibility to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitask.
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
  • Describe problems, analyze data, interview managers and employees while observing operations, prepare and solve mathematical models, and develop solutions.
  • Report findings and recommendations to the Government, orally and in writing.
  • Plan internal and external engagements, including meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Assist in the development of briefing material and drafting documents per Navy guidelines.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and execute data calls to gather inputs and communicate to leadership.
  • Evaluate operational deficiencies and coordinate improvements.
  • Transcribe and summarize meeting minutes and assist in action items.
  • Schedule appointments, arrange meetings and travel, and coordinate accommodations.
  • Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with presentations and communications.
  • Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support, and obtain required certifications/clearances.
