Job summary

Mission Technologies is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to support Marine Services Operations in the Everett/Seattle, WA area. You will develop and manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and coordinate detailed production schedules to ensure timely installation milestones.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track progress, mitigate risks, and drive schedule compliance aligned with contract requirements.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or technical/2-year degree plus 1 year related experience, or high school diploma with 3 years related experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of production workflows and scheduling best practices.
Experience working in a shipyard environment coordinating scheduling reports on-site.
Must have experience planning, developing, and maintaining production schedules.
Knowledge and experience using scheduling/program management tools such as MS Project.

Responsibilities
