Job summary

V2X Inc in Pensacola, FL seeks an administrative professional to support the Production Control Work Center. You will issue, process, and screen MAFs and related records, maintain equipment history, and input maintenance actions into NALCOMIS and related systems.

The role requires familiarity with Navy procedures (COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series) and the ability to generate workload and material reports, schedule inspections, and liaise with customer activities.

Qualifications

Two years of Intermediate Level Production Control experience with at least one year in NALCOMIS
Completion of U.S. Armed Forces IMA Production Control Course preferred but not required
Ability to obtain DoD CAC and necessary SE licenses
Knowledge of NAVY maintenance documentation and related tech pubs

Responsibilities

Maintain working knowledge of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series and related manuals
Screen and induct VIDS/MAFs for completeness and correctness
Assign Job Control Numbers (JCNs) and manage logs
Generate production reports and support workload balancing
Input maintenance actions into NALCOMIS and record transmittals
