Job summary

Leonardo DRS is seeking a Project Manager to drive day-to-day execution of tasks within a complex program for the Commercial Heat Transfer division. You will coordinate multi-project timelines, serve as a key customer contact, and provide sales engineering support from bid through post-award phases.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales reps, resellers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with technical training and 5+ years functional or program management experience (or equivalent related education and experience)

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks or projects within a moderately large/complex program per contract requirements and company guidelines
• Manage schedules and deliverables, coordinating multiple projects with shifting priorities
• Serve as primary contact for customer service matters to protect and strengthen reputation
• Maintain relationships with sales reps and resellers to align with objectives and commitments
• Provide sales engineering support by translating technical requirements into workable solutions during bid, proposal, and post-award phases
• Conduct onsite customer training and visits to support product application and relationship management
• Balance customer needs with internal resources and schedules
• Support and reinforce company mission, values, and culture
• Contribute to trade show participation and new business opportunities
• Provide market feedback to inform product strategy and positioning
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency and consistency
