Job summary

XSITE LLC in San Diego is seeking a Naval Operations & Exercise Analyst to join our team, supporting Navy tabletop exercises (TTXs) across Fleet, acquisition, engineering, and warfare development stakeholders. You will help plan, facilitate, execute, and analyze events to evaluate C4I capabilities against missions and CONOPs.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI eligibility, 7+ years of Navy/DoD experience, and strong facilitation and communication skills to produce actionable AARs and executive

Qualifications

• Facilitate multi-stakeholder discussions across Navy/DoD domains.
• Translate technical observations into actionable findings and recommendations.
• Plan, coordinate and lead complex multi-day exercises and events.

Responsibilities

• Plan Navy tabletop exercises from concept to final reporting.
• Develop objectives, scenarios, event plans and briefing materials.
• Facilitate discussions among Fleet, acquisition, engineering, and warfare development participants.
• Lead multi-day TTX events ensuring alignment with objectives and mission needs.
• Capture observations, issues, risks, and decisions for After Action Reports.
