This role involves delivering comprehensive technical support throughout the system lifecycle, managing software and hardware installations, and ensuring compliance with DoD standards. The ideal candidate must have a relevant Bachelor's degree and substantial experience in systems integration. A current Secret Clearance and CompTIA Security+ certification are mandatory. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardware/software integration and installation experience in a shipboard environment.
• Certified CompTIA Security+.
• Familiarity with DISA STIGs and DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for the full lifecycle of METOC systems.
• Develop technical documentation and prepare reports.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues.
