Job summary

RTX is seeking a Material Program Manager for the Naval Power Mission Area in Tucson, AZ. You will manage Global Supply Chain Management activities, develop material strategies, forecast needs, and ensure cost and schedule requirements are met to support NSMS development.

The role requires a university degree or advanced degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, cross-functional leadership, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent and minimum 5 years of experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years.
• Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Drive processes to meet an aggressive delivery schedule.
• Increase operational efficiencies for program success.
• Operate independently while knowing when to seek help.
• Handle strategic and tactical tasks across the program.
