Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks a Supply Technician to provide logistics and technical support for NUWC Keyport. You will develop procurement plans, coordinate with vendors, track purchases, and ensure compliant PHS&T processes with NAVSEA standards.

Responsibilities include managing configurations, auditing CMDB records, and producing logistics reports. Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NAVSEA logistics systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in procurement systems (Navy ERP, FPDS, WAWF).
• Experience with packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T).
• Configuration management expertise with CMDB or similar tools.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills using SharePoint/PLM/EDA.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement plans aligned with project schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors to acquire equipment, software and services.
• Track procurement statuses, purchase orders, contracts and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for timely and secure delivery of materials.
• Maintain records of PHS&T activities, inventory, storage conditions, and transport logs.
• Document configuration changes and maintain baseline CCB records.
• Prepare logistics documentation and generate status reports for stakeholders.
